What is wine and vineyards without the vision of man to realize its god-given terroir? Corsa wines are inspired by Dolomite Road Cycling and vineyards coming from hillside vineyards in Northeast Italy. Corsa is the realization of a career spent blurring the lines between lifestyle and vocation. Passion combined with blood, sweat and tears of forging a life in the wine trade, in this case, for Jeff Morgenthal. Years and years of pedaling bikes and peddling wines are the form that follows the Corsa ideal. Currently, Jeff involves himself in the basic élevage of the Corsa wines with winery partners in Friuli-Venezia-Giulia for the Pinot Grigio ‘Falzarego’ and Trentino for the ‘Sella Ronda’ Rosso & Cuvée Cima Coppi’ Brut Rosé Trento- two regions that abut the high Dolomiti. While following your heart in the context of making a living in the wine trade are not mutually exclusive concepts, the essence of Corsa is to find balance in life. Too much working in the wine trade- above all other walks of life- can lead to a decidedly paunchy state of physical and mental health. Eat. Drink. Ride.

“Small wheel turn by the fire and rod,
Big wheel turn by the grace of God,
Every time that wheel turn 'round,
Bound to cover just a little more ground”

- Garcia/Hunter “The Wheel”
